Katherine and Brendan had a slightly hot and muggy but clear day for their celebration at the Bergen county reception site, the Ramsey Golf & Country Club. The bride and groom made their entrance to our version of Guns n Roses’ “Sweet Child ‘O Mine” and then their first dance was the Elvis Presley classic “Can’t Help Falling In Love”, sung by our vocalist Tommie.
Katherine danced with her father to “Daddy’s Little Girl”(sung by our guitarist Mikey), and Brendan then had his turn on the dance floor with his mom to “Till There Was You” (sung by Rhonda). The bride’s father William did a nice welcome speech, followed by toasts by the bride’s sister (the maid of honor) and the groom’s brother (best man). Afterwards, the dance floor packed up immediately for “Nobody Does It Better” and stayed that way through the night.

Just before entree was served, the crowd really went nuts for a Smokin’ Section medley of tunes originally done by the Boss, “10th Ave Freezout”, “Fire” and “Glory Days”.

Just after the cake cutting and bouquet toss the room let loose to an ‘80s medley of “Don’t Stop Believing” and Eddie Money’s “Take Me Home Tonight”. After a special request for Brendan’s father (“Electric Slide” coupled with “Come and Get Your Love”), things built to climax with “Livin’ On A Prayer” and we left everyone on an up note with the finale, “New York, New York” (a special request).

We enjoyed working with photographers Joel and Doris Feigenbaum from Figtree Productions, and Michael Treible at the Ramsey Golf and CC ran a great party.
